Our comprehensive mold design and build services will provide you with complete planning and documentation throughout the course of your project.

How does it work?

Typically, we recieve a CAD drawing of your part. We ask some basic questions: what material will you be using?what size press do you plan to use? how many parts do you expect to run? is mold cost, or part cost a larger consideration? what is your anticipated time to market?

We usually quote in between 24 and 48 hours from receipt of drawing file and inquiry. Lead time on most molds is between 5 and 7 weeks. Within 1-3 days, a 3d cad drawing of your mold will be presented for your review. A 1/3 deposit is billed at this time.

Weekly, or daily progress reports can be provided.
When the mold is comlete, T1 samples are produced, and flown to our facility for inspection. Then we send them to you. A 1/3 payment is required before shipping the mold from China.
We can arrange air(4-5 days), water(6-7 weeks) or a water/air combination(20 days) shipping for your mold.

We provide the translation, and the experience. You talk to english speaking engineers. You pay in US dollars. And in most cases, you don't pay the last 1/3 until the mold is at your chosen molder, and making satisfactory parts. No headaches, no risk.
